On our current trip, a passing cold front confronts the hot moist air of Key West and explodes with booming lightning and torrential rain. Rising water engulfs streets and intersections, but no one is deterred, especially me! I’ll swim to Sloppy Joe’s if I need to. Turns out I waded through ankle high water.
